As co-founder of Hear Hear Media, my mission is to revolutionise B2B communications. Drawing on two decades of insight, we replace "Boring-to-Boring" content with a "Human-to-Human" approach – content that resonates emotionally, engages deeply, and delivers measurable impact. 

To achieve this, we developed the Brodcast™ model: a groundbreaking framework that transforms a single narrative into far-reaching, high-impact multimedia content with a reasonable cost structure. We believe the actual issue in B2B isn't a lack of content, but a lack of connection. By integrating strategy, creativity, and production, Brodcast™ creates compelling experiences that build trust and drive meaningful growth.

I am also a co-founder of Lähtijät, a pioneering Finnish organisation focused on workplace innovation. What began as an influencer media outlet became a trusted expert hub, providing organisations with data-driven analyses, research-backed solutions, and practical tools to overcome workplace challenges, eliminate productivity roadblocks, and cultivate successful collaboration.
